Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Radosław Tarnas, running a business under the Dareia brand, ul. Nastrojowa 58/5, 91-496 Łódź, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 7251926767, REGON 101315010. Privacy contact: support@dareia.eu.
In short
- Gobthrottle collects no personal data and needs no account.
- The game does not connect to the internet – it doesn't even have the internet permission. It has no ads, no analytics and no purchases.
- Your progress and settings stay on your phone.
- The gobthrottle.dareia.eu website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts.
Data stored only on your device
The game saves its state on your phone: coins, the parts you bought, the stage you reached, your best distance and the number of runs, plus settings (sound, CRT filter). They never reach us or anyone else and are not included in Android backups. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game deletes them for good.
Permissions
The game asks for no permissions: it doesn't use the internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts or files on your device.
Google Play
You download and update the game through Google Play. Data related to your Google account, the download and updates is processed by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as a separate controller, as described in Google's privacy policy.
From Google Play we only receive aggregate statistics (e.g. the number of installs per country) and – if you agreed to share diagnostic data in your Android settings – crash reports (device model and system version, details of the error). They don't contain your name, e-mail address or account ID. We use them only to fix bugs (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contacting us
If you write to us, we process your e-mail address and message to reply (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence as long as needed to deal with your request, then delete it. Our e-mail is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited) – data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
This website
- gobthrottle.dareia.eu uses no cookies, no analytics and no scripts or fonts from third-party services – everything is served from our own server.
- To show the page, the server receives your IP address, the date and time, the page visited and browser information. They go to technical logs used only to keep the site secure and running (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), kept briefly and overwritten automatically.
- The server is hosted in Germany by OVH (OVH GmbH), which processes this data on our behalf.
- If you choose the site language yourself (PL / EN), your browser remembers that choice on your device (localStorage). It is not sent to us.
- The "Get it on Google Play" buttons are plain links – data reaches Google only once you click one, under Google's terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. Write to support@dareia.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
As the game sends us no data, we keep nothing about you as a player – you delete the game's data yourself by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
Children
The game collects no personal data, from children or anyone else. If you're a parent and believe your child has given us data (e.g. in an e-mail), write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If the game starts using the internet, ads, analytics or purchases, we'll update this policy before releasing that version and describe the change in the update notes. The current version is always available at https://gobthrottle.dareia.eu/privacy.
